Weymouth Porsche on the Prom evening is a new event for 2016. From 6.00pm to 10.00pm on 15th July. This event is to replace the Poole quay for my car event which has been cancelled. There is no restriction on numbers attending for this event. So come along and enjoy an evening with other Porsche owners.

Hi Geoff :)

Put me down for this please (I didnt know Poole was cancelled)

Is there a meeting place in Dorchester for a run down to it ?

Also how many cars can fit in there (thinking of the Poole event with around 150 ish)

All the best Brett :)

Poole was limited to 120. Weymouth can cope with 150+ and we have an overspill area allocated at the Pavilion if we go over that.

Seems odd that Poole Tourism have kicked this event into the long grass, when they are advertising plenty of other car events on the quay still, including almost weekly motorcycle events. One wonders if we Porsche owners have upset them? :?: :?:

Since they are holding only 6 quay for my car events now, Poole tourism have informed us that they want to give other marques a chance this year.

Porsche Centre Bournemouth have now agreed to sponsor the event and will be in attendance with some shiny late models.
