Last Call for this event! Jon has indicated an extra technician is attending, so we can fit in another couple of inspections, first come first served. Please let me know asap.

Of course if you just fancy a tyre kick and a burger you are welcome, but please let me know for the catering :D

Cheers Steve

Thanks for everyone who came along. an excellent day and really nice to talk to you all (I think I managed to talk to everyone!, sorry if I missed anyone!)

A special thanks go out to everyone who made the effort to come hundreds of miles, it was awesome to meet you.

Steve did a great job with the food, well done as always.

Thanks to my chaps who worked beyond the usual hours to check over cars, advise the visitors and being good hosts to all the visitors!

Can't wait until the next one!

Thanks Jon and all the guys down at the garage, for a really interesting and enjoyable day :) It was good to see so many enthusiasts, members or not, and we hope that you all enjoyed one of the Tipec Southern Region events, supported totally by Jon Mitchell, who as a Tipec member, and enthusiast, brings his enthusiasm and expertise to events such as this, and of course his technical ability regularly to this forum.

I would also like to thank Jim for doing much of the 'meet and greet' duty assisted by Andy, and of course our Chairman Sean

As a newbie, just wanted to say thanks to everyone I managed to speak to for making me feel welcome yesterday. I also learnt a few tips about removing various parts .

It was well worth the 240 mile round trip from Slough! My 944 was originally booked in for cambelt and abs inspection, but yesterdays inspection highlighted some issues that I never spotted when viewing the car. Fortunately nothing too serious, but certainly issues that come first over increase in power!

Good news is that my friend who tagged along yesterday has become a 968 convert and has started the search for one.

would like to add my thanks to Jon and staff for hosting a very informal but informative tyre
kicking session.
good to put faces to forum names.
Special thanks to Mark for a very good inspection of car- will be getting main ones sorted.
Many thanks to all involved in organising and Steve deserves his 4 star badge for burger flipping.
Cheers everyone

Thanks chaps, will pass on the thanks to the lads in the workshop.

Without Steve organising it though, it probably would not have happened. So Thanks Steve

Also in the run up to this event I kept pestering Steve by saying "Bring the club gazebo" and Steve kept saying "The weather will be fine" (which it was)... So Steve, I bow to your superior weather prediction skills!!

Steve, we going to have a white christmas in Bournemouth? I think if you say yes I can get some high odds against at the bookies!
