My car broke down over the weekend due to a major coolant leak and I ended up taking it to the Porsche Centre in Chiswick, West London. It seems that the water pump may have gone. I'm covered by a third-party warranty, but it only covers labour at £80 per hour. The Porsche Centre charges £144 per hour. So, I'll have to pay £64 out of my own pocket for every hour spent on it.

I'm happy to sustain this on this occasion - however, it would be useful to know of a good independent Porsche garage in London somewhere (preferably East London or as close to Canary Wharf as possible) that doesn't charge full approved Porsche dealer prices.

Any recommendations anyone? My car is a 2006 Cayman S. Thanks! :)

Tower Bridge Porsche have a good rep, never used them though. Alternatively I'd recommend Brooklands Kent but they are in Swanley.

Thanks, Tower Porsche seems like an ideal location - will give them a try next time I need something doing.

Thanks!
