Hi Folks

After the cancellation of Yeatsall Farm I have spoken with a couple of club members about alternative events and several have said the Pershore Plum Festival
is a decent event so we're going to give it a try on 29th August.

We will meet at Hopwood Services (J2 M42) from 9am to depart in convoy at 9.20am

If you want to join us please complete the attached entry form and send off to Brian Bremer (Organiser) with a cheque for £3 payable to "Pershore Abbey"

As this is a bit of a last minute event please send off your forms to reach the organiser by 20th August

Details of the event are here:

http://www.pershoreplumfestival.org.uk/index.php/main-festival/

Hopefully see you there

Paul :D

Don't think I'm going to make this as I only got back from my jollies on the 18th so no time to post form, and I am also Porscheless as Malton are still working on my car with no date of return yet

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the car - hopefully you get sorted without any more delays

The event is a good one. Lots of interesting cars parked in the grounds of the Abbey and lots of market stalls offering all sorts of local produce (including plums of course ) as well as various crafts etc so stuff for the ladies to do whilst we look at the cars

One for next year's calendar I think :D

Paul

Very pleasant event

Decided to drive home over the Malvern Hills (British Camp) and then on to Ledbury.

Ledbury town centre was closed off due to annual town festival

So headed for M50 to M5 to M42 and M6

M42 was chocked with holiday makers so took to the country lanes

Then I stuck gold, came upon a McLaren dealer, one of only 3 in the UK

Drool, drool, drool

Looks like the 993 has to go!
