TIPEC SCOTLAND.
Stewart Gordon welcomed all to the meeting and formally introduced Pierre-Alban guy a new member to the club and a proud owner of a 1976 2.7s 911 . Pierre is a Hotel owner in Peebles and a was made very welcome by all at the meeting.
The TIPEC.NET website was being encouraged to members to use, also the minutes of the meeting are to be displayed here to follow. In the meantime they will appear on the
Tipecscotland-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.co.uk. The minutes are posted on the website for those who are unable to attend on a Wednesday and in addition 2 winter Sunday meetings will be arranged nearer the time for those also unable to attend the midweek meeting and at the shows during the summer the minutes will also be displayed in the club gazebo for all to see.

A £150.00 deposit by the end of March 2008 to James McLaughlin 30 Bellsyde Court, Linlithgow EH49 7RW. James will be at the Auto jumble Sunday on the 3oth march, deposits maybe given to him there.
Names and accommodation requirements for the National Show in Gaydon this year will need to be submitted to Neil Fraser e-mail

The show is on the 3rd of August 2008 and we will be traveling down on the Friday the 1st staying at the Duncow Hotel, Dunchurch, Rugby the cost will be £55.00 per night per room and the Sunday night will be free so a total of £110.00 will be required this will include Bed and Continental breakfast for the 3 nights. The money will need to be paid in full at the July meeting.
It was decided that the annual Scottish region concourse will be in August at the Culzean Autoclassica Show on the 23rd and 24th August 2008, this is instead of being at Selkirk in the September as weather tends to be better.(not guaranteed) In addition the points system will change slightly in that there will be 1 point awarded for every 25,000 miles covered by the car. There will also be a BEST IN SHOW trophy awarded and will be voted by the club members on the day and this will be sponsored by Neil Fraser (this is a new trophy starting this year).
For all those attending the Auto jumble and Classic car sale at Lanark on the 30th march we will be meeting at Strathclyde park (car park just off the roundabout) at 0830am Alan Neilson will host the day (911 targa).
