Thanks Clive, all sounds too expensive to me, I am insuring a '96 993 £26.5K agreed value, 3000 miles, garaged, have never paid over £250?

I think the key thing here is 'garaged' - my Boxster sits on an open driveway. I pay £750 (at least I think it was £750) with Adrian Flux. I'll try the new club sponsors when the renewal comes up.

Okay, last year £223 with Lancaster, who wanted £290 this year(reduced to £280 after call) and calling most of the usual suspects have taken out a policy with Asset Trust Group for £244, £150 excess £27K agreed value, 3000miles and all the usual bits. I am very happy with this deal, and Paul Hammond I found very helpful :D

That's good to know Steve

They seem to be coming up trumps with those that have called them so far :)

Jim paid a similar amount for his Boxster which also sits on the drive with Adrian Flux. He saved £400  with Asset Trust

My paperwork is all completed and signed and on its way back to Asset Trust. So far, so good and all being well should be reinsured by the end of the month. Only element not covered was track days. All other boxes were ticked.
