What customer service. What was the company? They should be black listed. Yours should have been first call. Idiots!

Yep, turned up when they said they would. Took a few pic's, listened to my complaint & cleaned off the overspray. I've now gotta wait for them to submit the report and contact me to have the rest done.

Only jokeing

But seriously, I don't think Kate would be very happy about me spending even more money on seats. I need them to come back and do the job that I paid them to do.

I've had a call from them and they will be returning on the 13th Feb to fix 'em. (Here's hopeing.)

I really feel for you. It's SO annoying when someone you pay to do some work does a half arsed job. You'd do a better job yourself if you could.
'So', you think to yourself 'I'll go to the people that know after all it is what they get paid for' and this is the result you get. OMFG what ever happened to pride of workmanship. On what planet did they think that what they had done would be acceptable. I mean did you send the seats to them looking like that? NO!

I hope they are extremley appologetic when they do the rework and knock something of the price for thr hassle. :angryfire:

Rant over. :flower:

Unfortunatly I paid them cash, and left the missus to recieve delivery. So I can't refuse to pay, just hope they repair them.

Yep they turned up, more photo's taken / phone calls to the office. Then he left without the seats. (His boss wouldn't let him). So I'm waiting for them to get back to me. I'll ring them next week if they don't phone before Monday.

If they think I'm gonna get bored of moaning, they don't know me very well.
