As it was raining this morning external detailing wasn't happening so we went out for Lunch and shopping, once back we decided to do some bits this evening to save doing them tomorrow, namely interior plastics, wheels and the interior windows, this leaves the bodywork and the tyre blackening for tomorrow. Here the results and the process. Before starting Iron-X doing it's job Rinse then a clean with Auto Finesse Imperial and a AD tar remover for a couple of tar marks. Full Dry with the Pet Dryer Two Coats of PoorBoys Wheel Sealant and a top coat or Zymol Titanium Clean and Shiny Product used for the wheels Also did a little spruce up of the interior with some AutoGlym Vinyl and Rubber Care, this piano black does show marks pretty quickly. |

Looking good. What is the process for the body work? Is it still too soft to machine polish? |

I am taking a cautious approach on the body work and not machine polishing this time around just looking to snowfoam, rinse, 2bm, dry, glaze, wax and probably top it with a light spray of project32, that will give protection for the summer, then maybe look to machine polish before the winter. |
