Does anyone know the correct RAL code for OEM silver on Porsche wheels, specifically D90s?

There isn't one, as there are no codes for any wheels.

Your man in a Van and Bodyshops will add new on top of old and not disturb the colour too much, powdercoaters
will strip back to bare metal but use a 3 material system (The good ones) the colour is a wet paint sandwiched between a dry powder primer and a dry powder lacquer. The Silver paint will be a solvent or waterbased colour either made up or from a paint manufacturer that they has got as close as they can, because no manufacturer gives out info, hence there are no RAL's numbers.
