 Post subject: 83 944 mirrors

I don't know what's going on with my mirrors. No fuses are blown (unless it's hidden somewhere other than the fusebox) and I've replaced the switch in the door yet they still refuse to move.

To make things even more helpful I've not managed to find a wiring diagram of the mirrors anywhere, the Haynes manual manages to miss the fact the even exist. Anybody got any pointers of where to look or happen to have a wiring diagram?

Other than my fuel pump/starter issue it's the only part of the electrical system not working.

Have you checked the wiring between the A pillar and the door?
With opening and closing the doors the wires can fatigue and break.
