Looks like a Carrera GT to me, albeit one with nasty wheels fitted.

From that angle it doesn’t look quite as insanely low and wide as they do in real life.

That'll be a Carrera GT, with it's roof off and Essex wheels. The proper wheels look like this:
Image
If you look closely you'll notice that the wheels nuts are different colours. In the photo the owner is explaining to bystanders why that is - it has special significance, and getting the right nuts on the right wheels was imperative. Unfortunately I have always been unable to drool and listen at the same time, so I can't give you any further details.

Nope, it's not a Carrera G.T., it's a Porsche Boxster Carrera G.T. Look-a-like. Looks pretty good, eh? 8)

Main problem is the wheels, it must be very hard to find copies?

Did the real Carrera G.T. have gull-wing doors? :?:

Hah! I thought the interior looked wrong.

Explains why it didn’t look low and wide enough either … interesting conversion!

Yeah, when you start compairing them together, you can see alot of small differences, such as the mirrors.

I still like it very much.

I'm an internet search engine junkie! :)

I'm actually trying to kick start this forum and get people talking.
I think alot of people check out the site, but can't think of anything to post, so I try and give them something to reply to.

Where's your avatar Lindsay?

Couldn't find a 10 year old so I hope this helps.............

Top of the page look for Profile to click on.

Near the bottom is the Avatar control panel

Upload Avatar from your machine allows you to browse you computer for suitable images but they must be small,

The picture width can be no greater than 145 pixels, the height no greater than 145 pixels, and the file size no more than 98 KB

Just say if you have an image that needs to be reduced and you don't have the imaging software to do it.

Alternatively use the link to Select Avatar from gallery

:)

No avatars in the gallery. Oh well, shouldn't be a problem to find a suitable image elsewhere.

Hi,

Don't reckon much to those lasses 'Hooters'. I thought it was called 'Hooters' for a reason. Should be called 'Paps' or 'Bee Stings'!

Cars not bad either...

Ben :bounce:
