Well,having had the current 944 for a couple years I decided it was time to see what makes other Stuttgart legends tick. The Lotus Elan M100 has been sold and replaced with a 986 Boxster. It's an '04 2.7 ,64K miles , absolutely mint with a great SH and I had some money left over from the Elan ! First impression is that this is one nice car,goes round corners as good as the Elan ( didn't expect that) ,is a lot more comfortable, quick enough in a straight line and has got proper brakes.What more could you want from an old ragtop? Can't wait for the warm weather and get some top down miles in. Will update my 'impression' when I have got some miles under my belt. |
