does anyone know if a Porsche space saver wheel is available for the 987s on a 55 plate?

yes you can get them about £500 plus the jack, holder etc.

As we have mentioned on here before, the only place to put the dirty punctured wheel will be on the passenger seat and that's assuming you're out on your own.

Hi Les,

I asked a similar question recently. The post is in the Wheels and Tyres section. I was tempted to invest in a space saver until it was quite correctly pointed out to me that the issue is not so much the space saver, but the punctured tyre. Where do you place the full sized wheel with deflated tyre in the Boxster? On the passengers lap?
I'm pretty certain that the 986 spare is the correct size, but it may be worth having a look at the previous posts.

I wouldn't fancy a 17" alloy on my lap.
